themandate.club is the official information site for The Mandate, The Mandate Summit and FRATERNITY.

The site is operated by Violet Butterfly LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as The Mandate. Write to jordan@universityofman.com, or to Violet Butterfly LLC, 401 Roy Creek Ln, Dripping Springs, TX 78620.

These are interim website terms. Where a registration, checkout or enrollment agreement covers a purchase or a membership, that agreement controls the mechanics of that transaction, and it does not displace the refund and cancellation policy published on this page.

The Mandate, the Summit and FRATERNITY are for adults. You must be 18 or older to register, to enroll, or to use the chat on this site.

General admission to The Mandate Summit is $2,000 USD.

The current program price for FRATERNITY is $6,000 USD, with direct enrollment from the FRATERNITY page.

Prices can change. The price that applies to you is the one shown to you at the point of purchase or enrollment.

The registration, checkout or enrollment agreement you see before you pay or enroll sets the mechanics of that transaction. It does not change the policy set out below.

Food is included for the days the group is eating. Lodging is not included.

FRATERNITY has a $6,000 USD annual membership fee per year. The membership automatically renews annually, and Stripe charges the payment method at each renewal unless the member cancels before the renewal charge.

To cancel the automatic renewal, email jordan@universityofman.com before the renewal charge. Cancellation prevents the next charge and does not refund or cancel the current annual term.

The Mandate will provide a manual 30-day renewal reminder before each renewal date.

The program is delivered through the private Telegram community and Zoom calls.

All sales are final. Once purchased, a Summit registration or FRATERNITY enrollment may not be canceled. Customer-requested refunds, transfers, exchanges or credits are not available.

If The Mandate cancels or materially postpones the purchased Summit or FRATERNITY offering, the customer may choose either a place in the rescheduled or replacement offering, or a non-expiring credit equal to the amount paid that may be used toward a future Summit or FRATERNITY purchase.

No cash refund is provided unless applicable law requires one. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

If a registered participant does not attend the Summit, the registration is forfeited. No refund, transfer or credit is available.

Any change to the scheduled start date of a purchased offering is a material change, and the choice set out above applies to it.

A change of venue, a change to the facilitator line-up, and a change between running in person and running online are not material changes while the scheduled dates hold, and they do not entitle a customer to that choice.

The same choice applies regardless of the cause, including causes beyond our control.

A credit may be transferred to another person. It may be used across more than one purchase, and any unused balance stays on the credit.

A credit cannot be redeemed for cash unless applicable law requires it.

The Mandate may remove a participant from the Summit, or a member from FRATERNITY, for threatening anyone's safety, for harassment, for illegal conduct, for being intoxicated, for seriously disrupting a session, for breaking the confidentiality every man is asked to hold, for breaking the participant rules published for an offering, or for refusing reasonable instructions from staff.

A removal is the one narrow exception to the purchase policy above: any refund or credit after a removal is decided case by case, on the facts. It is not something a customer can ask for, and it does not make customer-requested refunds, transfers, exchanges or credits available.

The Summit includes extended fasting, breathwork, high-intensity training, sauna and cold-plunge work. It is not therapy or medical care, and nothing offered in the room is a diagnosis, a treatment or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.

Participation is voluntary. You may opt out of any element, at any point, without giving a reason. Speak with a qualified clinician before registering if you have a health condition, take medication or are unsure whether fasting, exertion, heat or cold exposure is safe for you.

The Mandate is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Every Summit participant signs a separate health and assumption-of-risk waiver. It is its own document rather than part of these terms, and it is signed after you purchase a place and before you attend.

In it you confirm that taking part is appropriate for you, and you give an emergency contact, which is required.

Men arrive expecting that what is said in the room stays in the room, and every man is asked to hold that line for every other man. It is the condition that makes the work possible.

It is an expectation men hold between themselves, not a promise the business can make on their behalf: the business cannot guarantee how another man will behave with what he hears.

It also has limits. Anyone may act on what they hear where someone's safety is at serious risk, or where the law or a legal process requires disclosure.

Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, overload it, scrape it at scale, probe it, or gain unauthorized access to it or to the services behind it, and do not use it to send unlawful, deceptive or abusive content.

The chat is for questions about The Mandate. Do not send sensitive personal information through it.

The text, photography, design and marks on this site belong to Violet Butterfly LLC or to the people who licensed them to it. Read them and link to them. Do not republish them or use them commercially without written permission.

This site loads and links to services run by other companies. The LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) chat widget runs on this site, and GoHighLevel also supports CRM, SMS, email and marketing automation.

Stripe handles Summit and FRATERNITY checkout and payment. You leave this site to pay on a Stripe-hosted checkout page, and no card details are entered here.

FRATERNITY program delivery uses Telegram for the private community and Zoom for calls.

Those companies set their own terms and their own privacy policies, and this site does not control how they operate. The privacy notice links to the policies they publish.

The Mandate is a group program, not an assurance about your income, your health, your relationships or anything else in your life. It does not promise any specific outcome, and what you take from it depends on you and on plenty that nobody here controls.

These terms can change. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your use of the site, and it carries the date shown above.
