The Mandate

November 12–15, 2026 · Austin, Texas

The men you
don’t have yet

A brotherhood mastermind for driven dudes, where the most fun you'll ever have and the most important work of your life happen at the same time, with men who make you better just by being around them.

What this is for

  • Look great naked, and feel even better than you look.

  • Go on wild adventures where you feel unmistakably alive, sharing peak experiences with your best friends.

  • Have the best sex of your life, because you turned into a man who is actually present in the room.

  • Make more money with less effort, because your value is your leadership, not your hours.

  • Live a life your family is proud of, and your grandkids beg to hear about.

The Mandate Summit

Four days that
change how you return home

Four days in Austin. A 48-hour group fast broken in ceremony, work that goes down before it goes up, competition, and a room of men committed to doing the work alongside you.
Dates

General admission

Food
Included on eating days
  1. The 48-hour descent

The group fasts together for two days. Not as a biohack. Remove the buffer most men use to avoid feeling anything, and what is underneath gets loud.

  2. Breaking the fast

The fast is broken in ceremony with Mansal Denton, honouring how the food arrived. Then everyone eats, properly.

  3. Body work

Breathwork, bioenergetics, body psychotherapy, sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy.

  4. Emotional work

Confession, shadow work and radical honesty in small groups, held by facilitators who have done it themselves.

The Mandate Gap

Does any of
this land

The distance between the good guy you are today and the great man you already know you are capable of being.
  • You are the one everyone leans on, and you have no one to lean on yourself.

  • Passion at home got replaced by logistics about calendars and kids.

  • You have friends. You do not have a squad that pushes you to be great rather than letting you stay good.

  • You are successful enough to buy the toys and take the trips, and none of it lands the way it should.

  • You can feel there is a more alive version of you, and you cannot get to him on your own.

The method

Body first.
Mind last.

Most men work on the mind first, because it is the part that talks. A temple with a weak floor comes down under its own weight, so we build from the ground up.
BODYEMOTIONSMINDRESULTS
BodyFoundation
Energy, strength, recovery, nervous system capacity. If the body is depleted, nothing above it holds.
EmotionsMiddle pillar
Regulation, resilience, range. You cannot lead an emotion you refuse to feel, in yourself or anyone else.
MindRoof
Clarity, strategy, vision, leadership. Where most men start, and where it only works once the floor is solid.
ResultsPinnacle
What shows up outside is downstream of what got built inside. Congruence, not performance.

Down. Down. Up.

The arc of the four days, and the reason men leave with something that survives the drive home.

  • DownInto the body

Breathwork, bioenergetics and somatic practice to move what is stuck.

  • DownInto the emotions

Confession, shadow work and radical honesty, in a room that can hold it.

  • UpInto clarity and action

Competition, celebration and the plan you actually take home.

The Core Four

Fast
Strategic deprivation as a lifestyle, not a trend. It restores metabolic and psychological authority.
Eat
Food as fuel rather than anaesthesia. Real nourishment, no added sugar.
HIIT
Twenty minutes a week, minimum. Train the stress response so pressure stops running you.
Compete
One competitive class or sport weekly. Learn to win, lose and recover in front of other men.

Stories

What actually
changed

Three men Jordan has worked with. Years of work, not a weekend.

Josh Lanphear

Five years, not one weekend.

Where he started

A lawyer in his mid-thirties who read as successful from the outside and felt the opposite from the inside. Overweight, unhappy, and quietly certain the life he was building was not the one he wanted.

What changed

Over about five years he rebuilt his health, ended a relationship that was heading somewhere he did not want to go, left law, and trained as a men's coach. He now leads alongside Jordan at The Mandate.

Spencer

The marriage was the thing he thought he was losing.

Where he started

First spoke with Jordan from a hotel room. He was out of his house, his marriage was close to over, and three kids were in the middle of it.

What changed

His marriage recovered. He moved his family abroad for six months, then settled them in San Diego, and he now shows up as a steady presence for other men doing the same work.

Who runs this

Jordan
Bowditch

Founder, facilitator and emcee. Sigma Chi, former national educator at Bulletproof, husband to Alexa, and permanent dog dad to a blue-nosed pit bull called Biggie James Smalls. He built The Mandate because most men’s work makes you choose between depth and enjoying yourself, and he thinks that choice is false.
