This site, and the programs described on it, are meant for adults. Do not use the chat or send information through this site unless you are 18 or older.

This site does not run site-owned analytics or advertising pixels. It does load a third-party LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) chat widget.

If you use the chat, the name, phone number and message you submit are transmitted to LeadConnector and the business account operating the widget. LeadConnector may also process technical, device and session data and use cookies or similar technologies to provide and secure the chat.

Testimonial videos display a local image until you choose Play. Before that choice, this site does not load the YouTube player or send a video-player request to YouTube. If you choose Play, your browser connects to YouTube's privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com service; YouTube may then process technical, device and usage information under its own privacy practices.

Using chat is optional. Do not submit sensitive information such as health, financial, government-identification or account credentials.

Summit and FRATERNITY checkout and payment are handled by Stripe. When you register or enroll, you leave this site for a Stripe-hosted checkout page and pay there.

Starting either checkout sends Stripe a request to open that page. The request carries no information about you: this site does not send your name, email address, postal address or card details to anyone, and does not have them at that point.

Stripe receives and processes the purchase and transaction information you enter on that page, including your contact, billing and payment details. Card details are entered on its pages; this site does not collect or store them.

Your registration, membership and transaction information is administered by The Mandate, by hand: Stripe takes the payment and processes what you enter at its checkout, and does not administer your Summit place or FRATERNITY access.

The Mandate receives the purchase and contact information it needs to administer that registration or membership and to send you next steps.

FRATERNITY has a $6,000 USD annual membership fee and automatically renews annually. Stripe handles its subscription checkout, charges the payment method at each renewal unless the member cancels beforehand, and processes the billing information entered there.

FRATERNITY program delivery uses Telegram for the private community and Zoom for calls. Those services process the account, profile, message, call and technical information needed to provide their services under their own privacy practices.

Every Summit participant gives an emergency contact, which is required before attending and is collected with the waiver signed before the event. Health information is only held where you choose to share it, such as when you tell us about a condition in writing.

The business uses LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) for the website chat, for CRM and contact management, and for SMS, email and marketing automation.

What you send through the chat is used to answer you, to hold a record of the conversation in the business account, and to follow up about The Mandate by text or email where you have agreed to that contact.

Access inside the business is limited to authorized internal personnel who need the information to answer enquiries and manage contacts.

They are not the only people who handle it. LeadConnector processes this information as the provider of the chat, CRM, messaging and automation services.

Telegram and Zoom process information used for FRATERNITY community delivery and calls.

YouTube processes information associated with a testimonial player only after you choose to load that player.

Beehiiv processes the email address and any information you submit through the email-list links.

Stripe processes the purchase and transaction information entered at checkout, as the provider of that checkout and of the payment taken there.

The service providers those services depend on, hosting and message delivery among them, also handle it in the course of that work.

Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.

External services must explain what they collect, why it is needed, who receives it, how long it is retained and what choices are available before you submit information.

Card details must be entered only on the payment provider's service; this site does not collect or store them.

Before submitting a phone number through chat, read the message-consent and opt-out terms displayed in the widget. Do not submit a phone number unless you agree to those terms.

To stop text messages, use the opt-out method shown in the message itself or in those consent terms.

Customer records, including registrations, transactions, memberships, emergency contacts and health information you voluntarily disclose, are kept until you ask for them to be deleted.

Where the law requires the business to keep a record, that record is kept for as long as the law requires and no longer.

To ask for a copy of the information the business holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to stop marketing contact, write to jordan@universityofman.com or to the postal address below. Say enough to identify your record, such as the name or phone number you used in the chat.

What you can ask for, and what has to be done in response, depends on applicable law and on where you live. Requests are handled as applicable law requires, and some information may need to be held where there is a legal reason to hold it.

This notice describes how the site and the business handle personal information today. If a new service is added, or information starts being collected in a new way, this page is updated to match and the date above changes with it.
